Dr. Jackie D. Schiff is an American clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience in private practice in New York and London. She works with children and adults and supervises and trains clinicians in person and worldwide online. Dr. Schiff is now based in Raanana, Israel.

Dr. Schiff has expertise in helping people with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, uncertainty, life transitions, trauma, and stress management to transform their lives, reignite creativity, and take confident action.  Dr. Schiff teaches practical skills to face daily life head-on and to let go of unhelpful habitual patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving to move into a more fulfilling life experience.  With these new skills at the ready, clients learn to access powerful natural internal resources to stand strong and healthy to face the demands of their day.

 

Dr. Schiff lectures internationally, on a broad range of topics including how to integrate healing visualizations into clinical practice, stress and anxiety, decision-making, and managing difficult relationships at home and at work. 

 

Dr. Schiff offers a multi-faceted approach that uses a broad and deep range of modalities including timeless ancient wisdom, with roots in the Torah, to the latest in modern psychology and neuroplasticity of the brain. Her approach begins with mindfulness and goes beyond it with mental imagery, healing visualizations, dreams, waking dream therapy, breathing techniques, mind/body/soul integrative therapy, cognitive psychology, psychodynamic psychology, and self-psychology.

 

Dr. Schiff brings in the tool most appropriate at that moment, for clients, to tap into inner knowledge and intuition, opening doors to creativity, healing, strength, and confidence.
